Hey There! Have you appeared at NEET MDS, or are you planning to appear? Have you considered pursuing your postgraduate degree in Tamil Nadu? If not, you have landed on the right blog because Tamil Nadu has numerous dental colleges.

The fee structure of the MDS course is a crucial factor when it comes to choosing your specialization and college. Tamil Nadu’s fee structure is based on the seat category and the MDS branch you choose.

The government quota fee is more economical compared to the management quota fees in private dental colleges. So, here, you can reap the benefits of affordable fees if you get admitted to the MDS course in a state quota seat.

MDS Extra Fees in Tamil Nadu

You must be cautious that, at every dental college in Tamil Nadu, there are additional fees apart from the yearly tuition fees. These fees are commonly referred to as special charges and apply to all dental colleges. However, the range is variable based on college-to-college.

So, if you are allotted to a private dental college, prepare for an extra fee ranging from  Rs. 50,000/- to Rs.1,00,000/- depending on the college.

Apart from that, if you are planning to stay in a boarding facility, you must consider an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- to rs.1,50,000/- extra with food included in it.

Planning your MDS budget well can help you avoid confusion and unfortunate surprises! So, keep yourselves prepped up accordingly!
