Subbaiah Dental College is a part of Tadikela Subbaiah Trust, Shimoga, Karnataka, India. The trust was formed in the year 2003 by Sri T. Subbaramaiah. The college offers courses in Medical, Dental, and Nursing. The dental college is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS). The Chairman is Hon. Sri. T. Subbaramaiah.

All the departments have their respective departmental libraries with sufficient textbooks and reference books. The library is open from 9 am to 11 pm on weekdays and from 9 am to 4 pm on weekends.

Subbaiah Dental College and Hospital has a well-furnished food court located on campus which serves good and hygienic food at affordable prices. The cafeteria accommodates 400 students. Separate kitchens are there for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.
The college campus also has staff quarters which are two-bedroom flats with all the required facilities. Television, solar hot water facility, telephone services, 24-hour water and electricity supply are also available making the stay convenient and comfortable.
