Amrita School of Dentistry is a private dental institution that came into being in 2003. The college is affiliated to Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham which is a NAAC Grade ‘A++’ institute. The college offers a BDS course of 5 years i.e. 4 years of BDS plus 1 year of mandatory rotatory internship. The candidates seeking admission to the BDS course are required to qualify for the NEET-UG Entrance Examination and also must have passed the 10+2 board examination.
The MDS program is 3 years of academics. The candidates seeking admission to MDS are required to qualify for the NEET-PG Entrance Examination. The candidates also should complete their BDS from a recognized dental college and must also be registered dental practitioners in any State Dental Council.
