What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship using our partnered courier companies. We had tied up with more than 7 logistics companies so that we can cover more areas. Major courier partners are Fedex, Bluedart, Delhivery, Aramex, Xpressbees and more.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Usually, we ship all the products on the same day. In rare cases, it may take 2-3 days and you will receive it in 3-5 days. Shipping completely depends on the stock status with the parent company.

What are the delivery charges?

We provide free shipping for all orders above Rs.500. If the total cart value is below Rs.500, we would charge Rs.100. We don’t charge per product, its on the total order value.

Do You Ship Internationally?

As of now, we are not shipping internationally. We are making up plans for international sales as we are having a lot of queries. We will surely update it in future.

How to pay using a debit or credit card?

On the checkout page of DentalFry’s online shop, select the option “Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking” and proceed to checkout. You will be redirected to another page.

Select the payment method there and provide the details like card number, CVV number, and expiry. When you submit, you will receive an OTP or One Time Password which you should provide on the page and submit.

Almost all the Indian and international debit and credit cards are accepted on my portal.

So is it safe to use debit or credit cards on DentalFry’s Online Store?

All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways only. Our partnered payment gateway check continuously for any fraudulent activity and it went through detailed filtering and manual verification.

The 3D secure password technology is started by VISA and Mastercard hand-in-hand, by partnering with the issuing banks. It adds up an extra security and fraud prevention layer to your online transaction. The password created here will be only known to you and is for safer online transactions.

How to pay using DentalFry Wallet, how to do that?

When you make a payment select the option called “DentalFry Wallet” in the checkout page. It is not necessary to have the complete amount in the wallet.

Example: If you only have Rs.100 in the wallet and you made a purchase of Rs.200. Then it will automatically deduct Rs.100 from wallet and balance using other payment options.

How to add more money to DentalFry Wallet?

First, log in to your account and click the wallet icon on the top menu. You will be diverted to wallets page. There you can see an option called “Wallet TopUp”. Click on that and add the amount and click the add button.

You have to give your details there and the amount will be added to your DentalFry Wallet.

Orders and Returns

How do I order products from

DentalFry’s online dental store works like every other shopping website. Add the products to your cart, fill in the details, make the payment and we deliver you the products.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out by selecting the Guest Checkout option.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel your orders easily by calling our customer support or by logging in to your account.

  • Login to DentalFry account > Orders > Cancel.
If I cancel an order, how much time it will take for a refund?

If you canceled the order before shipping it, you will receive it within 7 working days. If the order is shipped and you had canceled the order, then it will take 7 working days after we receive the package back.

If you opt for DentalFry’s wallet then the amount will be refunded within hours after receiving the package.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track all your orders through DentalFry’s Order Tracking Page easily. We need your order ID and registered email ID for that.

How Can I Return a Product?

You can easily return a product by filling return request form. You can also contact our customer care on +91-86 06 06 32 32 for the same.

Conditions for Returning a Product:
  1. We will be accepting returns only within 10 days after you receive the product.
  2. Dental Chairs, Autoclaves, UV Chambers, Dental Compressors, Apex Locators, Endo motor, X-Ray units etc won’t be included in returns. For all these products manufacturer warranties is available and you can claim it so.
  3. Products which are used by consumers or patients also will not be eligible for returns. Items like: tooth cream, flossers etc.
  4. Products should be in unused condition and the bar code seal should not be broken. We won’t accept a return if the product is altered in any way.
  5. We do not bear the return freight charges. We do arrange pickup, but we won’t bear the charges for shipping.
Procedure for placing a return request:
  1. Contact our customer service executive via phone on +91-86 06 06 32 32 or fill out this return request form. Please keep your order ID, date of order and other order details ready with you.
  2. Our team will process the request immediately and arrange a pick of the product within 24 hours.
  3. We will check the product thoroughly after we receive it.
  4. We will initiate the refund procedure and you will receive your money to your bank account within 7 working days.
  5. Want to buy something by this money? During the request, we will ask you whether to refund your money to the bank account or DentalFry’s Wallet using which you can buy products and services from DentalFry and its sister concerns. You can give your option there.

Refunds: What You Must Know!

  • You will receive your money back to your account within 7 days after we receive the package. If you opt to refund the money to your DentalFry Wallet, then you will receive it within 5 hours of request and confirmation of the received product.
  • Pick-up shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be only for product price, not on shipping charges.
